How To Delete My Material Network Account

We understand that our app may not be quite the right fit for you. And as much as we will be sad to see you go, we want to make deleting your account a simple and painless process. Below are the three easy steps to delete your Material Network account if you are signed up as a builder. For merchant account holders, please contact us.

Step 1: Sign into our app with the account you want to delete

Before you can delete your Material Network account, you must sign into the account you want to delete. You can sign in by going to your profile tab and choosing “Sign in”. You will then be taken to the screen where you can login using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, choose the “I’ve forgotten my password” option to go through the process of resetting your password.

Step 2: Go to your profile and tap “Delete Account”

Once signed into the app, go to your profile tab and scroll to the bottom of the screen. Tap the option labelled “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions

Our app will smoothly guide you through the process of deleting your account. You will first be asked to provide some feedback as to your reason for wanting to delete your account. You will then be asked to confirm that you want to delete your account. And finally, you will see a message to confirm that your account has been deleted.
